Apply now for the 2024/2025 winter semester – the application deadline for the wintersemester is July 2nd, 2024
The deadline for applications for the summer semester ’24 was July 16th, 2024.
Simply download the application form and fill it out according to the instructions. You can either do it completely digital with and PDF reader or print it out and scan the document after filling it out – don´t forget your letter of motivation. Afterwards, just send it with to the following adress by email:

Deadline for the upcoming summer semester is January 11th 2023,
and any applications received after will be taken into account on a waiting list.
Overview of costs
260€ warm rent per month (+ one-time 400 € deposit)
includes water, electricity, heating and fast internet
Phone
Each room is equipped with a telephone to make free calls within the dormitories.
Internet
Since 1999, the dormitories are
connected to the Internet via
symmetric gigabit fiber optic
cables by the university (KIT).
This means that we don't have to do without fast internet.
And of course there is WIFi too.
Printer
There is also a multifunction printer (B&W/color) and a cutting machine dormitory available. The print jobs are conveniently sent to the printer via the app and are also billed via the app..
Washing machine
A total of six washing machines and four dryers are available.
There are also drying rooms that can be used free of charge.
So that there is no laundry chaos, there is a booking system through which you can reserve a washing machine slot. Billing is also done conveniently via an app.
